| 摘 要： | 利用钢板弹簧的理论假设,提出"等弧长法"的运动轨迹计算方法。首先,运用CATIA草图模块进行建模,绘制出钢板弹簧运动轨迹曲线,并与"SAE圆弧法"绘制的曲线进行对比。结果表明,"等弧长法"模型具有较高的计算精度,可应用于各类钢板弹簧设计与悬架运动分析工作。

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical hypothesis of leaf-spring analysis,a calculation method of motion trail has been put forward based on the equal arc length method. Modeling the leaf-spring by CATIA sketch and drawing motion trail of leaf-spring. Comparing the motion trail between SAE arc method and equal arc length method. The result show that equal arc length method has higher calculation accuracy and can be applied to leaf-spring design and suspension kinematic analysis. |
