摘 要: | 以吉林省某隧道工程为依托,研究了节理产状对隧道光面爆破成形效果的影响。通过机理研究、试验分析以及ANSYS/LS-DYNA动态有限元数值模拟三种方法的综合研究,得出当闭合型节理与炮孔连线夹角大于70°时,节理对光面爆破成形效果无明显影响,夹角不满足条件时,岩体将沿着节理面方向和垂直节理面方向发生破坏,形成之字形锯齿状断裂面,夹角等于45°时,断裂面凹凸度最大。

Study on Effect of Joint Attitude on Formation under Smooth Surface Blasting in Tunnel |

Abstract: | Based on the project of a tunnel engineering in Jilin Province, the effect of joint attitude on formation under smooth surface blasting in tunnel was studied herein. By means of mechanism exploration, test analysis and ANSYS/LS-DYNA dynamic FEM numerical simulation, it is concluded that, when the angle between the close joint and the line of blastholes is more than 70°, the joint doesn’t have obvious effect on the formation of smooth blasting; when the angle does not meet the criteria, the rock will fracture in the directions along and perpendicular to the joint surface, forming zigzag fault surface; when the angle is equal to 45°, this fault surface has largest degree of convex concave. |
