基于振动诊断技术的曲轴主轴颈磨床故障诊断

摘    要:通过应用振动诊断技术对M1380B曲轴主轴颈磨床进行故障诊断的成功事例,简述了振动与机械故障之间的联系,介绍了振动诊断技术在设备故障诊断中的具体应用情况,包括测试系统的基本配置、振动参量的选取、振动参量的表征参数的选取、测试工况的确定、测点位置的选取以及振动信号的分析处理与故障诊断,并验证了诊断结论的正确性,指出了振动诊断技术在设备故障诊断中的实用性和经济性。

Abstract:A case example of fault diagnosis of crankshaft main journal grinder is presented by using vibration diagnostic technique.The relation between vibration and mechanical failure,as well as the application of vibration diagnostic technique are introduced in the diagnosis of malfunction,including system configuration,the selections of vibration and attribute parameters parameters,the determination of measurement points and positions,as well as the analysis and fault diagnosis of vibration signal.The diagnosis conclusions have been validated,and effeciency,and economy of the bvibration diagnostic technique are indicated in equipment fault diagnosis.
