停电区域电力网络故障诊断模型的建立及修正

摘    要:提出基于停电区域的电力网络故障诊断的一种新方法。主要包含以下两方面的工作:(1)根据停电元件、保护和断路器信息构造了新的只在停电区域中识别故障元件的0-1规划模型。该模型的规模与电力系统的规模没有关系,只与故障情况的复杂性有关,求解速度快,大大提高了故障诊断的速度;(2)为了防止断路器断开、保护误动而导致错误地识别故障元件的情况,对建立后的数学模型进行了检查和修正。

Abstract:A new method to diagnose the faults in power system is presented based on the power supply interrupted district(s).In the presented method following contents are included,they are:(1)A new interger 0-1 programming model is constructed to identify the faulty elements only in the power supply interrupted district(s)according to the information from dead elements and the actions of circuit breakers and protective relays,so the fault diagnose speed can be obviously improved because this model is simple and easy to solve the fault diagnosis model;and(2) Dead elements may be falsely distinct for circuit breakers and protective possibly act on the wrong time .We check the model and then modify it.
