内燃机油低温性能测试方法及影响因素综述

摘    要:为了确保内燃机油在低温下保持良好的润滑性能,国内外制定了倾点、低温起动性能、低温泵送性能、扫描布氏黏度等多种试验方法来对其低温性能进行测试。对各测试方法的试验原理进行了介绍和对比,指出了不同测试方法所对应的是发动机在不同工况下的流动性能,最后对各试验方法的影响因素进行了综述和分析。

Abstract:To ensure the good lubricity of ICE oil at low temperature,different low temperature performance testing methods including pour point,low temperature starting,low temperature pumpability and scanning Brookfield viscosity were made at home and abroad.The testing principles of different measuring methods were introduced and compared,and then it was pointed out that the corresponding of different measuring methods was the oil flow properties under different working conditions.Finally,the influencing factors of...
