| 摘 要： | 用琼脂糖凝胶高压电泳及免疫固定技术对114例Graves病(简称GD)患者进行了Bf分型。比较病人组与326例对照组的Bf多态性分布,结果显示:病人组的BfFF别型和Bf~*F等位基因频率显著增高(x~2分别为22.193和27.432);BfSS和Bf~*S频率在病人组则显著降低(x~2分别为11.341和23.209)。关联分析表明BfFF和BfF与GD呈正相关(RR分别为6.97和2.79);BfSS和Bf~*S与GD呈负相关(RR分别为0.44和0.40)。这一结果与国内外已有的报道有所不同。提示可能存在的GD易感基因与BfF基因在不同人群有不同的连锁不平衡现象。

| Abstract: | 114 cases of the patient with Graves disease (GD)were typed for Bf allotypes, by using high voltageagarose gel electropherosis and subsequentimmunofix-ation. Compared patients with 326 con-trols, the frequecies of BfFF and Bf F were increasedvery significantly in patients (X~2: 22.193 and 27.432respectively). On the opposite, the frequencies of BfSSand Bf S were decrased very signfficatly (X~2: 11.341 and23.209 respectively). The correlation analysis showedthat there were positive association between GD and BfFF,BfF (RR: 6.97 and 2.79 respectively), and negative associa-tion between disease and BfSS, Bf S (RR: 0.44 and 0.40respectively). Our investigation was different fromothers. these vatrious results showed that BfF geneand perceptible gent to GD were in the different state oflinkage drsequlibrum in various population. |
