交通仿真软件应用于路线规划之探讨

省道台2线系为淡水与台北之间唯一的运输走廊，每逢通勤高峰时间与节假日，庞大的交通量常常导致其服务水平已成普遍不佳.因此，如何改善淡水运输走廊之交通服务水平已成为重要课题.传统上，路线规划方式有规划手册法、系统分析法、市场分析计划法以及数学法等.然而，对于车流量为过饱和形态的淡水运输走廊而言，运用上述方法研究路线规划方案并不适用.鉴于此，本研究以交通工程手段研究新辟道路、道路拓宽以及局部高架化之路线方案，并经由交通仿真软件VISSIM构建路网，计算在各种路线方案下之路段平均旅行时间，作为本研究评估方案依据.本研究成果将可作为后续研究评估路线方案良好之模式.
