摘    要:装配工艺已成为先进制造技术的瓶颈,虚拟装配是解决这一问题的重要手段.研究虚拟环境下装配系统体系结构和关键技术,对虚拟装配的研究具有决定性作用.本文首先介绍虚拟装配内涵及系统结构,详细说明虚拟装配存在的关键问题及解决途径,并应用双级渐开线圆柱齿轮减速器虚拟装配实例加以论证.

Abstract:Assembly has been bottleneck of advanced manufacturing technology so that virtual assembly is the significant solution to that problem. The research of system structure and key technology of virtual assembly system plays a decisiv erole in the research of virtual assembly. In this paper, the connotation and system structure of virtual assembly system is proposed at first, then the key problems and solutions are demonstrated in details, and finally a case about the virtual assembly of Double-Grade-Involute- Column-Gear-Retarder based on WTK is cited and discussed.
