基于AD8302的牵引电动机主极裂纹检测仪的研制

摘    要:为实现电力机车牵引电动机主极裂纹的无损检测,利用IF/RF芯片AD8302作为涡流检测中的幅相检测核心器件,配合SPCE061A单片机研发了一种便携式涡流裂纹检测仪。仪器具有体积小,灵敏度高,操作智能化等诸多优点。试验表明:该测试系统能够对电力机车主极裂纹进行准确有效的检测。

Abstract:To realize the nondestructive inspection of main electrode crack for traction motor of electric locomotive, a portable eddy current crack detector is developed with SPCE061A singlechip, and with IF/RF chip AC8302 as the key device of amplitude & phase detection. The detector features small volume, high sensitivity and intelligent operation. The test shows that the test system could detect efficiently the cracks in main electrode of the traction motor.
