豚鼠脑干听觉中枢生长抑素免疫反应产物的分布

目的 研究生长抑素(SS)在豚鼠脑干听觉中枢的分布及意义。方法 采用免疫组化ABC法观察了豚鼠脑干听觉中枢的耳蜗核(CN)、上橄榄核簇(SOC)及下丘(IC)内SS免疫反应阳性产物的分布。结果 在脑干听觉中枢广泛分布着SS阳性神经元、纤维及终末。SS阳性神经元主要分布在蜗神经腹核(VCN)、斜方体核(NTB)、内侧上橄榄核(MSO)及橄榄周核(PON)，而SS阳性纤维及终末主要分布在下丘、外侧上橄榄核(LSO)及蜗神经背核(DCN)。结论 脑干听觉中枢内的SS参与声信号的传递与调控。

Distribution of somatostatin immunoreactive products in the brain stem auditory center of guinea pigs

Objective\ To research the distribution and sign ificance of somatostatin(SS) in the brain stem auditory centre of guinea pigs.Met hods\ The distribution of SS positive products in the cochlear nucleus(CN) ,superior olivary complex(SOC) and the inferior colliculus(IC) of the brain stem auditory centre of guinea pigs was investigated with immunohistochemical ABC m ethod.Results\ The SS positive neurons,fibers and terminals were wid ely distributed in the brain stem auditory center.The SS positive neurons were m ainly distributed in the ventral cochlear nucleus(VCN),nucleus of the trapezoid body(NTB),medial superior olive(MSO) and paraolivary nucleus(PON).The high densi ty of SSimmunoreactive fibers and terminals was observed in the nucleus of IC, lateral superior olive(LSO) and dorsal cochlear nucleus(DCN).Conclusion\ The SS may participate in transmitting and regulating sound messages in bra in stem auditory center of guinea pigs.\=
