摘    要:为了探求影响大体积混凝土温度场的因素,通过讨论考虑管冷和混凝土分批浇筑时混凝土的内部温度场的计算方法,对泰安长江大桥主塔承台浇筑全过程进行了温度场三维分析。结果表明:混凝土浇筑温度、水管冷却、外界气温、水温等因素的变化对温度场都有重要的影响。应采取措施有效控制混凝土内部最高温度,降低混凝土内外温差,防止混凝土温度急剧变化。

Abstract:In order to investigate the factors affecting the temperature field of mass cast in-situ concrete, three dimensional analyses were made of the temperature field in the course of placement of mass concrete for the pile caps of the main tower of Tai'an Bridge over the Changjiang River by way of the methods for calculation of the internal temperature field in concrete when placed in batches and cooled with piped water. The results of the analyses indicate that the change of temperature at concrete casting, effect of cooling with pipes carrying cooling water, and changes of ambient temperature and water temperature all produce significant influence upon the temperature field. It is therefore necessary to take measures to effectively control the highest temperature inside the concrete, reduce the temperature difference inside and outside of the concrete and prevent the abrupt change of temperatures of concrete.
