| 摘 要： | 目的 研究NANOG在宫颈癌中的表达及其在宫颈癌发生发展中的作用.方法 用免疫组织化学检测正常宫颈、宫颈原位癌及宫颈癌中NANOG的表达;分别用原代宫颈癌肿瘤球细胞及肿瘤球分化细胞接种裸鼠,观察移植瘤的生长情况.结果 与正常组织相比,宫颈原位癌及宫颈癌中NANOG基因的表达显著增强(P<0.05).新鲜宫颈癌组织经过无血清培养可以生成肿瘤球,再次经过血清培养后能够分化成上皮样细胞;裸鼠移植瘤实验证实这种肿瘤球细胞具有很高的成瘤性.结论 宫颈癌组织中存在肿瘤干细胞,NANOG在介导宫颈癌的发生过程中起到重要作用.
