低温稀土渗硼研究

摘    要:研究了稀土元素对固体渗硼的作用,测试了45钢低温渗硼层的组织与性能.结果表明:加适量的稀土元素可显著的提高渗硼速度,低温渗硼层是由FeB、Fe2B和Fe3(C2B)等相组成.其渗层组织致密、无明显疏松及孔洞,渗硼层前沿过渡区较窄,有良好的抗磨损特性.

Abstract:Studies the effect of rare earth elements on pact boronizing, measures the structure and properties of low temperrature boronized layer of steel 45. The result shows that the boronizing rate evidently increased is with addition of moderate amount of rare earth elements, the low temperature boronized layer is composed of FeB, Fe 2B and Fe 3(C, B) phases, and no apparent transition zone exists in the front of boronized layer. The boronized layer is very compact and has no pores, and its wear resitance is improved.
