| 摘 要： | 介绍焊轨基地钢轨焊接数据库的开发与应用.采用SQL数据库,存储了长钢轨焊接过程中几个主要工位的生产数据,包括焊接时电压、电流、位移、压力曲线,精调工位的接头平直度检测曲线,出厂前平直度检测曲线,正火温度随时间变化曲线,以及各主要工位操作数据,对每一个接头自动生成一个标识号,通过打标机把标识号打印在钢轨轨腰,实现了焊接质量的追溯管理.

| Abstract: | This paper described the development and application for database of rail welding,used SQL database,stored the production data of several major rail welding station in the process of long rail welding,included the welding voltage,current,displacement,pressure curve,connector flatness detection curve of fine-tuning station,the factory flatness detection curve,normalizing temperature versus time,as well as the operating data of main station,generated an identification number for each connection automatically by marking the identification number printed on the rail waist rail to implement a quality weld traceability management. |
