车用变刚度圆柱螺旋弹簧的逆向设计和刚度有限元分析

摘    要:借鉴离散化思想并结合已有的弹簧设计理论和方法,初步提出了一种变刚度圆柱螺旋弹簧的逆向设计方法,并给出了基本的设计思路。同时,通过有限元仿真分析,获得了变刚度圆柱螺旋弹簧的刚度特性线,克服了以往通过试验测试弹簧刚度带来的周期长、费用高等缺点。

Abstract:According to the existing design theory and method of spring,a reverse design method of variable stiffness coil spring is initially offered by introducing the ideas of dispersion,and a basic design idea is given.At the same time,the stiffness property curve of variable stiffness coil spring is obtained by FEA,which overcomes some disadvantages of testing spring stiffness by experiment that the duration is too long and the cost is very expensive.
