永和大道跨线桥现浇预应力混凝土连续箱梁满堂支架设计及验算

摘    要:满堂支架在桥涵施工中被广泛应用,它具有传力明确、工序相对简单,节省人力设备,便于施工控制等特点。该文以永和大道跨线桥为例,介绍了满堂支架的应用情况。根据永和大道跨线桥的特点,对引桥满堂式支架进行了设计,并对其强度、刚度和稳定性的受力进行了验算。现浇箱梁施工中支架的选择、验算和布置不仅关系到施工的进度和效益,更关系到工程的质量和安全。实践证明,该方案是切实可行的,并对类似工程具有参考意义。

Abstract:The full-support technology is widely used in the construction of bridge culvert.Its characteristics are the definitive load transferring,relatively simple working procedure,economized manpower and equipment,and convenient construction control.Taking Yonghe Avenue Overpass as an example,the article introduces the application of full-support technology.Based on the characteristics of Yonghe Avenue Overpass,the article introduces the design and the stress checking of strength,rigidity and stability of full support for the approach bridge.The selection,checking and layout of support in the construction of cast-in-situ box girder are not only related to the schedule and benefit of construction,but also related to the quality and security of the project.The practice proves that this scheme is feasible and can be referred for the similar projects.
