长三角既有铁路开行市域列车的运营组织与管理创新

目前我国在利用既有铁路开行市域列车方面没有统一的模式和标准,运输组织方面也尚在摸索之中。在分析市域铁路内涵以及国内外运营经验的基础上,提出利用铁路既有线开行市域列车的条件以及运营组织与管理的关键问题,结合长三角地区3条铁路既有线几年来市域列车的开行情况以及拟运行的1条线的准备情况,总结相关运营管理经验,为我国既有线开行市域列车提供示范和参考。

Operation organization and management innovation of municipal trains in the Yangtze River Delta using existed railways

At present,there is no unifi ed mode and standard for using existed railway to operate municipal trains in China,and the transportation organization is still in the process of exploration.Based on the analysis of the connotation of urban railway and the operation experience at home and foreign,this paper puts forward the conditions,operation organization and management key problems of using the existed railway lines to operate municipal trains.Combined with the situation of three existing railway lines operating municipal trains in the Yangtze River Delta region in recent years and the preparation of a line to be operated,this paper summarizes the relevant operation and management experience,so as to provide demonstration and reference for the existed railway lines to operate municipal trains in China.
