Difficulties and countermeasures of popularization of information management in urban rail transit construction

Taking the whole implementation process of Shenzhen metro safety management platform as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties in the popularization of urban rail transit construction information management,and puts forward a series of effective solutions to make it truly implemented.The successful promotion of Shenzhen metro safety management platform shows that although it is difficult to promote information management in urban rail transit construction,it can be promoted by designing friendly user interface of information products,accurately understanding user’s needs,establishing supporting platform business support,improving assessment management system,establishing effective organizational structure,carrying out systematic publicity,training and examination in order to enable the project management.
