地铁建设是复杂的系统工程,有必要有效解决安全管理的核心和难点问题,以便在整个地铁建设施工阶段有效地进行安全管理。文章以地铁建设施工阶段安全管理为研究对象,对地铁建设施工过程中与施工安全和质量控制有关的问题进行研究,系统阐述地铁建设施工过程中安全管理的特点和难点,由此提出地铁建设施工阶段安全管理对策。

Metro construction is a complex system engineering,it is necessary to effectively improve and optimize the major and difficult problems of safety management,so that it effectively carries out safety management in the whole metro construction process.Taking the safety management of metro construction stage as the research topic,this paper studies the problems related to construction safety and quality control in the process of metro construction,systematically expounds the characteristics and diffi culties of safety management in the process of metro construction,and puts forward the countermeasures of safety management in the metro construction stage.
