现代有轨电车新型扣件系统研究

摘    要:针对现代有轨电车轨道系统特有结构特点,文章开展现代有轨电车新型扣件系统设计研究。新型扣件系统采用有挡肩弹性不分开式结构,优化扣件受力状态,结构简单。基板采用非金属材质,提高绝缘和防腐性能,延长扣件使用寿命,增设防松垫圈,持续为螺帽提供压紧力,防止螺栓松动。针对现代有轨电车新型扣件系统,建立有限元分析模型,对新型扣件系统进行力学特性分析。基于设计方案,进行厂内试制,完成扣件各零部件和组装状态下的现场试验。理论研究和试制试验均表明,该扣件系统安全可靠,各项指标均满足规范要求,适用于现代有轨电车轨道系统。

Abstract:In order to meet the unique structural characteristics of modern tram track system,this paper conducts the research on the design of new modern tram fastener system.The new type of fastener uses the elastic structure with retaining shoulder,which optimizes the stress state of the fastener and has simple structure.The base plate is made of nonmetallic materials to improve the insulation and anti-corrosion performance,extend the service life of fasteners,and add anti-loose washer to continuously provide pressing force for nuts to prevent bolts from loosening.Aiming at the new type of tram fastener system,the finite element analysis model is established to analyze the mechanical characteristics of the fastener system.Based on the design scheme,the factory trial production is carried out,and the field test of fastener components and assembly state is completed.The theoretical research and trial production test show that the fastener system is safe and reliable,and all parameters meet the specifi cation requirements,suitable for modern tram track system.
