Design and application of remote expert diagnosis system for urban rail transit vehicles

Based on computer,communication and modern control technology,integrating with Internet technology and big data technology,this paper designs a remote expert diagnosis system for urban rail transit vehicles,which is composed of on-board system,wireless communication system and trackside system,and builds an on-board integrated information collection network based on MVB+Ethernet,so as to realize the real-time information collection of train and health management data of subsystem collection,transmission,analysis and display.Through the application in Jinan metro line 2 project,it shows that the system improves the level of vehicle digitization,enhance the ability of operational staff to deal with vehicle abnormal conditions,and improve the effi ciency of operation and maintenance.
