摘    要:为解决传统AFC系统运行维修方法的滞后性及可靠性低等问题,文章通过研究将PHM技术应用于北京市轨道交通AFC系统的方案,拟为AFC系统提供一套经济有效的故障诊断及健康管理方式,满足日益增长的轨道交通出行量对综合保障能力的匹配需求,以此解决日益凸显的AFC系统技术含量日趋提高而维护手段和能力相对薄弱的矛盾问题。同时,通过预测AFC系统在短时期内可能出现的故障,给出具有针对性的处理方法或明确在未来一段时间内如何预防故障出现,以保证在执行任务过程中,AFC系统始终处于良好的技术状态,以期合理分配设备维修时间,提高维修效率,并降低维修成本。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of lagging behind and low reliability of traditional AFC operation and maintenance methods,this paper studies the scheme of using PHM technology in AFC of Beijing rail transit,and intends to provide a set of cost effective fault diagnosis and health management mode for AFC,so as to meet the matching demand of the increasing rail transit patronage volume on the comprehensive support ability,so as to solve the problem of the contradiction between the increasing demand of the increasing development of AFC technology involvement and the relatively weak AFC technology involvement in use and maintenance methods and capacity.By predicting the AFC potential defects in a short period of time,it offers troubleshooting methods and prevention measures in a planned period of time in order to improve the effi ciency of AFC and make sure that the AFC is in a good state,the AFC will have optimal allocation of maintenance equipment and time and reduce the maintenance cost.
