商用车用户使用工况数据采集路线策划研究

摘    要:公共道路工况数据(耐久性载荷、油耗等)采集是车辆开发过程中的必经阶段和重要组成部分。通常整车厂会按照相关国家标准要求,选择特定的路线,通过将试验结果与市场用户反馈情况进行对比,查找试验中的不足并对试验进行不断的优化。然而该方法存在路线要素不具代表性、新车型开发和目标市场不匹配的缺点。为解决上述问题,提出了一种全新的商用车用户使用工况采集路线策划方法,该方法能够将一条路线上采集到的结果关联至不同用户市场的不同类型车辆,具备高利用率和多样性的特点。此外,通过道路类型特征分析和要素分析,最终形成商用车工况采集路线。

Research on Route Planning of Duty Cycle Data Collection for Commercial Vehicle Users

Abstract:The collection of duty cycle data, including durability load, fuel consumption etc., on public roads is an important stage of vehicle development process. Generally the vehicle manufacturers will select a specific test route according to the requirements of the relevant national standards, compare the test results with customer feedback, find out the drawbacks of the test and continuously optimize the test. However,this method has the disadvantage of unrepresentative route elements and therefore the development of new vehicle models does not match target market. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposed a brand-new route planning method for commercial vehicles based on duty cycle data, which could distribute the collected results from the route to different types of vehicles in different user markets, with diversity and a high utilization rate. In addition, through the analysis of characteristics of various road types and elements, the duty cycle route for commercial vehicle working conditions was finally formed.
