| 摘 要： | 采用泥浆泵吸岸边湿沙，冲灌丙伦布沙袋成沙排，沙枕，进而堆垒软体坝的方法，是破传统的筑坝新工艺，沉排装置是实施该工艺的关键设备，本文分析装置模型的动作机理，确定系统中沉排绞车拉力，速度最佳参数，并就改善工况运行条件的体系结构作了较深入的探讨，推荐一种该装置置于双片浮体上的简易工程作业船，供群坝施工。

| Abstract: | The method of piling up a soft body dam, which applies mud pumps to absort wet sand by bank and charge polypropylene bags to make sand mattress and pillows,is a new break-traditional technology for building a dam.The sinking mattress device is a key equipment.This paper analyses the operation principle of the device model,determines the value of the pull force of sinking mattress winch and the optimum speed parameter of the system.Also,the system configuration for improving operating condition has been investigated more deeply.A simplified working ship having two floating demibody,on which the device is placed,is recommended for building a group of dams. |
