| Abstract: | The arrival of popularization of higher education intensified the competition in the job market. As a resuit, college students face new challenges when trying to Find a job. The paper, with an analysis of the grim situation faced by graduates of higher vocational education and places needed to be improved in employment guidance, from both the students and college perspectives, discussed how to cany out carrier planning among higher vocational graduates. |
