| 摘 要： | 介绍了IPF-85B-2泵车中混凝土泵送部分3大液压回路系统的组成、工作原理及结构特点。根据混凝土泵送部分液压系统常见故障现象,判断故障产生在哪个回路系统中,对产生故障的回路系统进行分析,就能较容易地找出发生故障的原因及部位,并及时对各部分进行修理。该方法具有通用性,可用于实际工作中,对混凝土泵机也可适用。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the construction,working principle and structural characteristics of the three hydraulic return circuit systems of the component van for IPF-85B-2 concrete pump. Based on the knowledge of commonly seen faults of the hydraulic systems in the component part, the judgment upon which return circuit system faults and the analysis of that system can make it easily detected why and where there occurs and thus the parts may be repaired in time. This approach is applicable to the operation of various pumps including the concrete pump. |
