摘    要:针对东风系列内燃机车静液压驱动冷却系统故障率高、能耗高、效率低的问题,设计一种基于AT89C51微控制器的串级控制冷却系统.说明系统的组成原理,详细描述控制器的硬件设计和软件架构以及抗干扰设计.实验证明方案可行,控制器具有较高的控制精度和稳定鲁棒性,有一定的推广价值.

Abstract:Cascade Controlling Cooling System based on AT89C51 microcontroller was designed to overcome the high fault rate, high energy consume and low efficiency of Static Hydraulic Transmission System used in DF diesel locomotive.The principle of the System was presented.The design of the hardware, the flame of software and anti-interference measures were described in detail. Experimental results showed that the technique was feasible in practical applications and the controller had preferable controlling precision and good robust stability ,which had certain generalization value.
