摘    要:汽车噪声污染越来越严重,我国的汽车噪声测量标准逐渐加强,文章通过降低发动机辐射噪声来降低车外加速噪声值,并运用声强测量法对发动机进行噪声源识别,指出发动机的主要噪声源为油底壳、皮带轮和凸轮轴。同时运用吸声材料对发动机进行降噪处理,使得车外加速噪声值由原来的74.1dB(A)降为73.11dB(A),符合国家标准要求。

Engine Noise Source Identification of New Car Based On Acoustic Intensity Measurement
Abstract:Automotive noise pollution becomes more and more serious. Automotive noise measurement standard is strengthened gradually in China. Reduce pass-by acceleration noise value through reducing radiating noise of engine. Engine noise source is identified by acoustic intensity measurement. It is indicated that engine's main noise source includes oil pan, pulley, and camshaft. The pass-by acceleration noise value is reduced from original 74. IdB(A) to 73.1 ldB(A) by using absorbing material to proceed engine noise reduction and the national standard requirement is met.
