摘    要:为分析桥面铺装对中小跨径桥梁受力的影响,以空心板桥为例,通过足尺构件破坏试验,分析铺装层对主梁裂缝、变形和承载力的影响,结合整桥的荷载试验,建立3种分析模型与测试结果进行比较,并探讨了铺装层厚度对整桥受力性能的影响。结果表明,加载过程中桥面铺装与主梁共同受力性能良好,达到极限状态时,铺装层与主梁结合面无水平裂缝出现,桥面铺装能显著提高主梁的抗裂性能和极限承载力;车辆荷载作用下铺装层能够参与整桥受力,随着铺装层厚度加大,梁底拉应力先减小后增大。建议中小跨径桥梁设计和评估时,应适当考虑铺装层对主梁力学性能的贡献。

Abstract:In order to analyse the effect of deck pavement on the performance of medium-span and short-span bridges, a full scale destructive test of hollow slab was performed to investigate the effect of pavement on cracks, deformation and bearing capacity. Combined with field test of a current hollow slab bridge, three distinct types of analytical model were set up to compare with the test result, and the influence of pavement depth on the mechanical performance of the bridge was also investigated. The result shows that (1) The girder and pavement work together well due to well bond between them, and no horizontal crack occurs at the interface under the ultimate load. The pavement has a significant effect on improving the cracking performance and bearing capacity. (2) The pavement works well with all the slabs under vehicle load, and the tensile stress first increases and then decreases with the increase of pavement depth. It is suggested to consider the contribution of pavement to the mechanical performance of the girder properly in design and evaluation of such bridges.
