| 摘 要： | 本文以船舶焊接技术专业工学结合人才培养模式改革与实践为例,介绍了船舶焊接技术专业人才培养模式与课程体系构建、专业核心课程建设、教材建设、教学方法与手段改革、师资队伍建设、教学实验实训条件建设、社会服务能力建设和示范辐射作用、主要成效与特色,提出了进一步改革的设想。
