加入新型添加剂的沥青混合料路用性能研究

摘    要:对加入新型添加剂的沥青混合料的路用性能进行了分析。主要结合国内市场上的几种新型添加剂TPS、路孚8000及Sasobit做了沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、抗疲劳性能和水稳定性能方面的试验及分析,并与SBS改性沥青混合料的性能进行了对比分析。结果表明,TPS和SBS对各种性能都有很大改善;路孚8000对高温性能改善较多,其他性能也都有所改善;Sasobit主要改善高温性能,其他性能基本不变。最后对加入3种新型添加剂的沥青混合料及SBS改性沥青混合料的经济性进行了分析。

Abstract:Pavement performances of asphalt mixtures modified with new type additives were studied.Tests about high-temperature(stability),low-temperature anti-crack ability,anti-fatigue ability and moisture stability were conducted for asphalt mixtures modified with TPS,LF8000 and Sasobit.The test results were analyzed and compared with the performance of asphalt mixture modified with SBS.It can be concluded that TPS and SBS can improve the performance of asphalt mixtures in nearly all kinds of aspects,while LF8000 mainly(enhance) the high temperature stability although they can also improve other characteristics to some extent.Sasobit can just improve the high temperature stability.At last the cost effectiveness of the three additives were calculated.
