探讨海南省洋浦港港口总体规划的修编

2008年4月胡锦涛总书记提出:"要以洋浦经济开发区为龙头,努力打造东南亚的航运枢纽、物流中心和出口加工基地。要实现这一战略定位,必须要调整洋浦港原有港口总体规划。介绍了洋浦港的位置,进入21世纪洋浦港呈现的特点。分析了洋浦港总体规划(2005年3月)的特点及存在的问题。分析了洋浦港总体规划(2008年11月)的特点及面临的问题。提出了未来洋浦港发展的战略对策。

A Discussion on Revising the Generel Plan of Yangpu Port of Hainan Province

In april 2008, the general secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that taking Yangpu Economy Developing Area as forerunner, building up a shipping centre, logistics centre and process base for export in the South - East Asia. In order to realize this strategic positioning, it is necessary to revise the general plan of Yangpu Port. This paper introduces the position of Yangpu Port and the characteristics it shows since the dawn of 21 centrry. It analyses the char- acteristics and existed problems of the general plan of Yangpu Port（2005 March）and the charactereitcis and facing problems of the general plan of Yangpu Port（2008 Novanber）. It puts forward the strategic countermeasures for the development of Yangpu Port in future.
