| 摘 要： | 针对城市交叉口交通拥挤问题，在确定评价等级的基础上建立的平面交叉口交通拥挤技术评价指标体系．可用于评价黑龙江省政府交叉口的拥挤状况，从而进一步确定该地区的交通拥挤程度，为交通拥挤管理、道路交通规划及居民出行提供参考。

| Abstract: | About the traffic blocking at urban intersection, the traffic blocking evaluation system on the basis of evaluation grade is used to evaluate the blocking situation at government intersection in Heilongjiang Province so as to further determine the degree of traffic blocking. It can provide reference for the management of traffic blocking, road programming and travel for the residents. |
