交通运输行业出行信息服务引入社会力量机制研究

摘    要:交通运输行业在出行信息服务领域引入社会力量是未来发展的必然趋势。论述交通运输主管部门与信息技术企业在出行信息服务领域的现有基础,并进行两者的优劣势对比,基于此提出充分利用政府和市场两个资源、打造以社会力量为主体的交通运输信息服务产业的建议。

Abstract:It is the inevitable trend of future development that social power is being leaded into the field of travel information services of transportation industry. The article analyzes the foundation of communica- tion government and IT enterprises in travel information service field, and contrasts their advantages and disadvantages. According to this, it gives the advice of fully using the two types resource of' the govern- ment and the market to cultivate travel information service industry with the market as mainstay.
