基层工会组织在群众路线教育实践活动中的作用分析

要做好新形势下的基层工会工作，必须充分认识工会组织的地位，准确把握工会组织的定位。基于此，重点阐述基层工会组织的工作原则，分析交通运输部科学研究院工会在群众路线教育实践活动中通过文化墙、征求意见会、问题整改和组织群众性健身活动来扩大群众路线教育实践活动宣传，服务大局、服务中心、服务职工的做法、经验和效果。

Performance of Primary Labour Union Organization in Mass Line Education Practice Activities

It requires sufficient understanding of the status of labour union organization and correct grasp- ing of its positioning to do a good job of primary labour union in the new situation. The article mainly elab- orates the work principles of primary labour union organization, analyzes the practice, experiences and ef- fects of labour union of China Academy of Transport Sciences in enlarging propaganda of the mass line ed- ucation practice, servicing general situation, centre and workers by cultural wall, for-advice meeting, is- sue correcting and organizing mass fitness activities in the mass line education practice activities.
