| 摘 要： | 交通工程监理人员在工程建设中发挥着重要作用。分析了现阶段我国交通工程监理体制中监理人员管理存在的问题，阐述了交通工程监理人才开发和管理的重要性，并针对交通工程监理人员管理中存在的问题提出了相关措施，以提高工程监理人才管理水平，切实提高交通工程管理质量。

| Abstract: | Supervision personnel in traffic engineering play an important role in the engineering construction. The article analyzes the problems in the management of traffic engineering personnel supervision in Chinese supervision system in current stage, expounds the importance of development and management of supervision personnel in traffic engineering. It puts forward relevant measures to solve the existing prob- lems in management of traffic engineering supervision personnel, in order to improve the level of supervi- sion personnel management in project and improve the quality of management of traffic engineering. |
