基于用地的停车需求预测模型研究

摘    要:停车问题已经成为制约城市发展的一大瓶颈,为了给城市停车场配建提供基础依据,并有效缓解城市停车设施的供需矛盾,以停车生成率模型为基础,通过对停车用地类型进行详细分类、对停车时段进行详细划分,建立了分时段用地结构预测模型。然后将该模型应用到实际项目中,通过与机动车OD预测法的预测结果相对比,验证了分时段用地结构预测模型的可行性与实用性,对促进城市交通的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:Parking problem has become a bottleneck in restricting the development of city. In order to provide basis for parking lot construction and effectively solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of parking facilities at the same time, the article is based on the parking generation rate model, and creates sub time land use construction model by classifying the type of land use in detail and dividing parking slots precisely. Then, this model is applied into the actual project to prove its feasibility and prac-ticability in contrast with motor vehicle OD prediction method. The result shows that this mode is of great importance to the sustainable development of urban traffic.
