摘    要:通过对高速公路改扩建工程设计阶段进行安全评价,旨在从源头上提高高速公路改扩建工程的安全性。以江苏省高速公路改扩建实际需求为基础,考虑设计阶段的主要影响因素,筛选建立安全性评价指标体系;结合设计阶段的安全性评价特征和目的,采用AHP-模糊综合评价法作为该阶段的安全性评价方法。从设计上发现问题并解决问题,以提高高速公路改扩建工程安全水平。

Abstract:The article intends to evaluate the safety of the design of the freeway reconstruction project for improving the safety of freeway reconstruction project essentially. Based on actual demand of freeway in Jiangsu Province, the main safety factors in design are considered and have been screened to establish the safety evaluation index system. Combining with the design characteristics and safety evaluation purposes, the paper chooses the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the safety evaluation method ir design phase in order to find out and resolve the potential dangers in the designing stage.
