| 摘 要： | 介绍一种利用层次分析法确定指标权重,结合灰色关联度分析和模糊评价构建的灰色模糊综合评价模型。通过所建立的评价模型对某城市十年间的生态环境可持续发展进行综合评价。实例证明将灰色模糊综合评价法运用到城市可持续发展中是科学、有效的,克服了单纯利用灰色或模糊评价法中的不足。不但准确得出各年的评价结果,而且借助隶属度矩阵能分析出各年评价指标上的差异,进而有助于政府调整措施促进环境发展。
