| 摘 要： | 单面带槽非对称断面弹簧是利用钢材的抗压性能比抗拉性能好的特点，把弹簧设计成非对称断面，使弹簧断面中性轴上移至弹簧受拉压力的一面，从而减少了弹簧拉应力。由于单面槽变截面弹簧材料能得到最大限度的合理利用，因此在弹簧刚度和应力相同的情况下，这种弹簧的质量是最轻的。

| Abstract: | Taking the advantages that compressive resistance performance ofsteel is superior to its tensile performance, the non - symmetric sectioned spring is designed with groove on one side. Make the neutral axis of spring section move up to the side suffered with tenside stress in order to reduce spring tenside stress. This kind of spring has a lightest weight under the conditions of same spring regidity and stress due to maximum reasonable usage of varialble section spring material with groove on one side. |
