摘    要:本文对某电动车暖风系统在运行时,高压水加热器无法持续运行、膨胀水箱中出现白色"泡沫"状物质进行了原因分析,得出增加水阀、改进冷却液回路除气性能的优化措施,并最终在台架试验、整车采暖试验中证明了方案的有效性。

Abstract:This article analyzes why the high-voltage water heater of an electric vehicle heating system cannot continue to operate and white“foam”substances appear in the expansion tank when the heating system is running,then obtain the solution of adding the water valve to the coolant circuit and optimize the degassing performance of the coolant circuit.Finally,the effectiveness of the scheme is proved in the bench test and the vehicle heating test.
