进气道螺旋段关键结构参数多目标优化设计

摘    要:采用气道稳流试验、CFD稳态模拟,结合多目标优化设计手段,研究YN柴油机单螺旋进气道螺旋段的最小截面积、蜗壳内半径、蜗壳外半径和螺旋室高度4个关键结构参数对气道流动特性的影响。结果表明:通过回归分析获得的近似数学模型,可实现气道结构参数与气道性能的正向定量研究;通过对原机气道螺旋段结构参数的多目标优化,可实现在流量系数小幅降低(0~3.98%)的条件下,涡流比的明显提高(9.3%~14.34%)。

Abstract:Using steady-state air-flow experiments and CFD steady-state simulation,combined with the multi-objective optimization design method,the influence of four key structural parameters including minimum crosssectional area of helical section,the inner radius of volute,the outer radius of volute and the height of the spiral chamber on the inlet flow characteristics of single helical intake port of YN diesel engine is studied.The results show that the approximate mathematical model obtained by regression analysis can realize the positive quantitative research of inlet structure parameters and inlet performance.The multi-objective optimization design of the structural parameters of the original intake port helical section can significantly increase the eddy current ratio(9.3%~14.34%),with a small decrease of the flow coefficient(0~3.98%).
