| Abstract: | Multi-factor analysis is conducted for the PVC bubbles of automobile door and cover,starting from 3 aspects:cavity formation factor,environmental factor and PVC material process factor,and analyzing in detail the influence and specific control methods of 8 process factors on PVC bubbles,including folding glue application,hemming opening,single piece warpage,environmental temperature,PVC drying oven temperature,PVC thickness,PVC neutrality with outer panel end face and PVC performance,as well as detailing the PVC bubble control process and specific implementation details to provide reference for PVC bubble control in the auto OEMs. |
