电动汽车分级预充电回路及预充电阻选型匹配方法研究

摘    要:为提高新能源电动汽车动力与安全,本文通过分析新能源电动汽车的预充电过程,介绍预充电阻的选型匹配方法。并提出一种分级预充的控制电路及其控制方法,避免因短路或较小阻性负载故障,导致预充电过程中预充电压始终上不去(电压始终降在预充电电阻R上)、预充电失败、后续主接触器不接通、无法继续工作等系列问题,增加电动车辆安全性。

Abstract:In order to improve the new energy electric vehicle power and safety,through analyzing charging process of the new energy electric vehicle,this paper introduces the pre-charge resistance matching selection method.And put forward a kind of grading pre-charge circuit and control method,in order to avoid series problems because of the short circuit or smaller resistance load,such as pre-charge voltage cannot rise(voltage always on the pre-charge resistance R),pre-charge failure and subsequent main contactor not connected,unable to continue to work and etc.This method can increase electric vehicle safety.
