摘    要:车身零件积放式输送器在焊装行业被广泛使用,主要用于料口人工上下件和自动区域衔接,应用形式多样,有水平托举式、水平悬挂式、倾斜式及竖直式等。对几种常见积放式输送器的结构特点和适用场合进行说明,并简要介绍此类设备的一般选型方法。此外,围绕典型的水平托举式积放链,阐述其具体结构组成和工作原理,并介绍其机械结构和电气控制设计的方法。

Abstract:The body part accumulative conveyors are widely used in the welding industry,mainly used for manual parts loading and unloading of the discharge port and connection of automatic areas.They have various application forms,such as horizontal lift,horizontal suspension,tilt and vertical.The structural characteristics and applicable occasions of several common accumulative conveyors are described,and the general selection method of such equipment is briefly introduced.In addition,the structure and working principle of the typical horizontal lift chain are described,and its mechanical structure and electrical control design methods are introduced.
