环卫车上装电机及控制器故障模式研究

摘    要:电动环卫车辆穿梭在城市的大街小巷,助力城市的环境卫生保洁、垃圾收运、雾霾治理和绿化灌溉。车辆上装驱动均采用电机驱动,若电机产生故障,则上装功能必然受到影响甚至失效。因此,系统地研究电机控制器和电机故障模式,并结合工况制定合理的应对策略,可有效保障上装系统功能的稳定性。

Abstract:Electric sanitation vehicles shuttle through the streets of the city,helping the city's environmental sanitation,garbage collection and transportation,haze control and green irrigation.The motor is used to drive the vehicle.If the motor fails,the function of the vehicle will be affected or even invalid.Therefore,the systematic study of motor controller and motor failure mode,combined with the working conditions to develop a reasonable response strategy,can effectively ensure the stability of the upper system function.
