摘    要:
采用手持激光焊技术研究了带有电泳涂层的汽车车身用钢板的焊接可行性,分析了涂层情况对焊接过程的影响,研究了涂层钢板手持激光焊接头的力学性能、工艺参数、焊缝质量,通过与点焊、SPR连接工艺进行强度对比试验,充分验证了手持激光焊的工艺性能,说明了该工艺在汽车生产领域对电泳后车身的焊接可行性。

Abstract:
In this research,the feasibility of galvanized steel plate welding for automobile bodywork with handheld laser welding technology is studiecl,analyze the impacts of coating conditions on the welding process are analyzed,and investigate the mechanical properties,process parameters,welding seam quality of handheld laser welding in galvanized steel plate are investigaied.Strength comparison test is carried out with spot welding,SPR joining technology,which verifies process performance of handheld laser welding,proving the welding feasibility of this process in auto body galvanizing.
