摘    要:自动扶梯是特种设备,其安全性与乘客的人身安全密切相关.自动扶梯状态监测与预警是为了保证自动扶梯安全性的预测性系统,该系统由传感器、数据采集器和数据分析软件等组成,采用振动分析原理,实现故障预警及维修部件指导,预防故障或事故的发生.该系统已在北京轨道交通项目中使用,通过对项目中的典型案例进行分析,详细阐述该系统应用及运行模式,并结合北京轨道交通6号线和大兴机场线的使用情况,验证了采用振动分析方法的自动扶梯状态监测与预警系统的有效性及在实际工程中的意义.

Abstract:Escalators are special equipment, whose safety is closely related to the personal safety of passengers. Escalator status monitoring and early warning are predictive systems that ensure the safety of escalators. The system is composed of sensors, data collectors, and data analysis software, and adopts the principle of vibration analysis to realize fault warning and maintenance component guidance to prevent faults or accidents. This system was used in the Beijing MTR project. Through the analysis of typical cases in the project, the application and operation mode of the system are explained in detail, and combined with the use of Beijing MTR Line 6 and the Daxing Airport Line, the use of vibration analysis is verified. The effectiveness of the escalator condition monitoring and early warning system and its significance in actual engineering are analyzed.
