| 摘 要： | 阐述了从BOT(Build-Operate-Transfer,建设-营运-转让),BT(Build-Transfer,建设-转让)基本含义,并阐述了这两种新的投融资方式及其在国内基础设施建设项目中的应用。并扼要地探讨了在实际运作过程中的热点和难点,相应提出了一些建议,力求在今后BT、BOT投融资项目中取得更大成效。

It analyses the difficult points and key points in the operation and puts forw ard some suggestions, so as to get more larger results in the BOT and BT invest projects. |
