南洋理工学院“教学工厂”模式的剖析

摘    要:新加坡“教学工厂”是一种教学模式、教学思想,它以学校为本位,其突出特点是融理论于实践中,融教学环境于企业环境中,融专业教学于行业要求中。强调教学与实践相结合、模拟现场操作、突出行业性。文中从“教学工厂”教学模式的理论基础、教学目标、教学程序、教学策略和教学评估等方面对其进行剖析,以便于我们更好地借鉴“教学工厂”教学模式成功经验,促进我国高职院校教学模式的改革。
